The water heater wasn't working. Upon calling and speaking Hannah (and Lily too) they fit us in on short notice (so appreciated!) Helge Hetzer came, diagnosed the problem, called extra people to get the part, drove to get that part and then returned to fix the water heater! Impressed with his demeanour and professionalism. He gave lots of information and communicated well so I felt comfortable with the process. My sons HS graduation will now go off without a hitch! Thank you so much!
