Murray arrived at the time expected and checked the furnace system to determine the difference in temperature between treated air and return air. He also tested the condensate pump to make certain it was removing condensate from the system. The air filter on the furnace was also checked.
The sheet metal panels were removed from the air conditioner and water was used to remove the small amount of material that had collected against the cooling fins.
As Murray completed these various tasks, he explained the purpose of each aspect of his work. I appreciated the explanations, and the careful manner in which he completed his work.

A/C thermostat has been replaced actually with a better model upon my request. Amazing job.
