Work done by two different teams for two jobs during late fall 2021. Basement bathroom fan was quickly and efficiently replaced with new plate installed for venting to outside. Professionally done, with no mess as they cleaned up before they left. Solarium work included stripping old caulking off an older than 15 years old solarium and re-caulking. Work had to be split into two different days due to weather. Work was also efficiently done and no leaks in the solarium so far. Let it Rain is a great company to deal with....always able to contact someone, they called back to discuss the work required, and showed up to provide quotes and to actually perform the work as agreed to. I would recommend Let it Rain to attend to "stuff around the house" and will be using them in the future, including larger roofing jobs the next time this needs to be done.

Having a hole cut in a flat roof is scary however I felt really confident as the workers did their job. They were very skilful, making sure the integrity of our roof is maintained. I appreciated their professionalism in entering my home and I’m super delighted with the daylight now filling my upper stairwell. Great job!

I had a skylight installed in my kitchen. The 2 workers that came were very professional and respectful of the COVID-19 rules. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitely consider Let It Rain in the future for roof work.

Let It Rain just finished a great job for us. We needed to replace the roof and we got a few different quotes and Let It Rain was not the highest or the lowest we chose them because of how thorough their quote was and Bruno was very informative and professional. We pretty much knew we were going to pick Let It Rain when Bruno left our house and I'm glad we did. They're honest and the guys were very professional, they left our property tidy and my house has a new look! The Landmark Pro Shingles on our house just revamped the whole face of our home. My wife and I could not be happier. We are having Gary from Let It Rain come and quote our basement renovation project next.

My wife and I needed to completely re-do our flat roof in the summer of 2020. We chose to hire Let It Rain Ltd, of Mississauga, ON. It was our first time using the services of this company and we can only say really good things things about it. The initial contact, dealing with its owners, on-site supervisors, the working crew and even the administrative staff: every single person from this company was excellent. All of them were professional and very friendly. They took time to explain all aspects of the entire process. Everyone was very organized, punctual and meticulous about the finished product. The job was completed within the time set out and with great attention to cleanliness.

Rather than feeling like a typical business transaction, the whole process felt as if we were dealing with family or friends. I'd recommend Let It Rain to anyone in need of a roof repair or other general contracting ( we will contract them soon for some electrical work, etc. )

Excellent!!! Top quality products, workmanship and warranty. Completely professional, with excellent communication and follow-up. No surprises, work started on-time and finished on-time. Very courteous and great care was taken to ensure that plants/deck/ path, etc were protected while work was being done.

My father, who is now deceased had hired Let it Rain in 2013 to repair his flat roof on his home that he designed and built in 1970. During the repair my father always commented to me on the professionalism of work being performed, specifically how thorough they were in every aspect of the job. He was an architect, so he knew what to look out for.

Fast forward now to 2020 and I called due to a bubble that appeared in one corner. My contact was through email and the very next day I was contacted by Bruno who told me that I would hear from them later in the week to schedule a time to look at the problem. As promised, I was indeed contacted by a very kind and professional lady, Chanelle stating they would be over in a day or two.... next day their senior technician AJ ( who worked on the roof in 2013) came out, looked at the problem, also noted their were some cracks in the brick work that may have been a cause of the small leak into the carport. After 3 hrs. he had the problem fixed and even patched up the area on the brick. I can understand why my father initially hired Let it Rain as they are truly a “top notch” ( as my dad would say) company. Exceptional from the beginning to the very end.
