Used this company last year for a computer that was acting up. The callout fee was extremely high and the service was mediocre. In the end, the problem never got fixed. In fact, it probably would have been cheaper to go with a new system all together. The only upside is that the technician was friendly and spent more time on it than he probably needed to. At least he tried.
