I have only ever had Hal James from Koster do any work I've needed and he is a great guy and electrician. Recently I'd been having issues with my hot water tank and the plumber came and completely checked it over and couldn't find anything wrong. He said to call an electrician about the breaker switch possibly being the issue. Hal check 'everything' and couldn't find an issue but we decided to put a new tank breaker in and see how that went. Had to call him back a couple days later with same issue. This time he not
only rechecked 'everything' but explained to me how the thermostats work on a hot water tank and decided to turn the top one down 10 degrees and see what happened. Voila... it's been
almost a week now and no problems at all. Highly recommend Hal for any and all electrical work.

We are very disappointed with the service provided. Not only was our original quote not honoured, but we were charged much more on top of that. We found Jim's work to be very poor and had to have him come in several times to fix errors he made. He was rude and also yelled at my wife unnecessarily. Not only is he over charging us for work completed, but we are also being charged for work that we did ourselves, as he did NOT complete it. We highly recommend avoiding this company.
