I had an appointment for water softener repair and the technician did not show up. No one called me to inform me, and when I called they only offered to rebook. However, after expressing my displeasure, I received a call from Nazin who apologized and rectified the situation. I am now very pleased with the service I received.
Poor service
Nimbus Water Systems apparently bought Aquabon, from whom we had purchased our water softener. We always had prompt, efficient service from Aquabon. However, I booked an appointment with Nimbus over 2 weeks ago, rearranged my schedule and waited for the technician to come during the appointment window. When he did not show up, I called to inquire and was told that he did not come to work today. No one thought to contact me, and the person I spoke to offered a simple “Sorry” and offered another appointment more than 2 weeks from now! Very poor service! I’m so disappointed in this company.
