Avoid if you have a residential boiler. My system was running a bit too warm so I booked these guys. On the phone they were all like: Oh, yeah we are the best boiler guys ever. The Tech calls me and he was shocked that the call had to do with a boiler. I asked him if he was ok with it: Umm, sure. Not sure what he did but he was there 10 minutes, claimed he "adjusted it" and diagnosed a bad thermostat: $292.95!!!
The entire boiler cuts out the next day for 18 hours. We have no heat, no hot water in the middle of winter. I call their emergency line at 9am on Saturday. NO ANSWER! This is their 24hr emergency line. Some chick calls back at noon! She refused to send somebody out because they scrawled "no warranty" on my invoice! The boiler resets on it's own but I call the Tech because I had his cell number. More "free advice", like mentioned in another review: Adjust your mixers. The mixer starts to leak! Now I'm freezing and facing a flooding issue. I called a real plumber after that.
