Avoid if you have a residential boiler. My system was running a bit too warm so I booked these guys. On the phone they were all like: Oh, yeah we are the best boiler guys ever. The Tech calls me and he was shocked that the call had to do with a boiler. I asked him if he was ok with it: Umm, sure. Not sure what he did but he was there 10 minutes, claimed he "adjusted it" and diagnosed a bad thermostat: $292.95!!! The entire boiler cuts out the next day for 18 hours. We have no heat, no hot water in the middle of winter. I call their emergency line at 9am on Saturday. NO ANSWER! This is their 24hr emergency line. Some chick calls back at noon! She refused to send somebody out because they scrawled "no warranty" on my invoice! The boiler resets on it's own but I call the Tech because I had his cell number. More "free advice", like mentioned in another review: Adjust your mixers. The mixer starts to leak! Now I'm freezing and facing a flooding issue. I called a real plumber after that.

Super impressed. I was in a pinch with my renter, so I needed to get the dishwasher looked at. Although, he was busy Tiernan jumped right on it. He wound up recommending that I don't even use him to repair the dishwasher. He could've made a quick buck but instead told me I'd be better off just buying new. He even negotiated the site visit time with my renter, told me the right dishwasher to buy and even recommended I get the water heater checked ... all for the very reasonable rate of a site visit.

The job was completed so I can't complain too much. A little bit slow because they didn't have the part and it took a week to get that figured out. I did ask for clarification on cost, though, when I realized that I was paying $305 for a $35 heating element on a dryer. Even with $95 for the site visit that seemed way out of line. Cost was in line with "Blue Book" was all I got back as a response.

The technician normally tries to reschedule the return visit within a day or two when in the customers home when parts are available but this was not an available option due to the customers availability. All our parts are Manufacturer supplied or OEM approved and come with a warranty, not online discount third party parts. In addition as identified on the work order and approved by the customer the technician replaced the plastic venting which is no longer allowed for dryer venting as it is a fire hazard. We do charge by the "Blue Book" flat rate for repairs which we feel is a fairer way rather than pay depending on the speed and expertise of the technician and number of trips it may take to complete the repair.
