Dr HVAC

I had called for a quote on a tankless water heater and immediately had someone scheduled to come in a few hours for the quote which was great! When they were on their way I received a generic text message with their picture so I knew who would be arriving. The person that arrived was super friendly, and explained next steps very clearly and what Dr. HVAC had to offer. However, after receiving the quote, I decided to go with another company as the pricing they have is really high. While they do offer a number of protections on their product, their default is recommending the highest capacity water heaters that you wouldn't end up using its capacity. I also felt the rep was super pushy about going with them and kept asking me why I was going someplace else. When I asked if they could match the pricing it was still $1000 more than the competition.
