This seems to be a one man operation. They had my address wrong and it took a year to correct. I would rather be with a bigger central to feel safer incase of a break in or fire

As of late, as system has been getting older, as the need for support has been more and more needed, company is hard to reach. I suspect that company has only one employee spearheading sales, tech support, and administration. Guy (I suspect is the owner) is a nice guy, but I beleive he has bitten more than he can chew. When I call alrm central, the agent (third party monitoring) has no clue who I am, what company I'm with, and what my address is on the screen. My family has lost faith in this company, and one cannot lose faith in the alarm monitoring service provider. Please steer clear, this company has bitten off more than it can chew. Price is very competitive, but service is not. Sadly...
