We had 2 doors installed. Very good quality doors, however when they installed the doors we noticed a yellow staining (on both doors) in the corners where the trim was joined. We contacted Door Dudes and they told us someone would come out to assess it. No one came. We contacted them again, and no one came. Very disappointed in the follow-up service (or total lack of). It may be a small issue to them, however we paid a lot of money for these doors and expect good customer service with the price paid. Due to this, we would not recommend or use them again.

I let them know at Door Dudes how pleased we are with the doors. We had 3 doors installed, the capping and trim done to perfection. The 3 fellows installing worked diligently until they were done. The sales and products were excellent. I only wish I used this company for our windows. Getting compliments on the doors, they are so rich looking. Very happy customers and I would certainly recommend Door Dudes to anyone.

Door Dudes did an absolutely fantastic job replacing all of the doors and windows in my home(9 windows, double front door, rear entry door, patio door, garage door). Right from initial visit quoting of options and measurements, through to installation they are top notch in service. Particular kudos to the install team who were extremely professional. They show up when they say they will, were very clean with their work, and had very good attention to detail installing each window/door(Every window is plumb/true, caulked and foam sealed correctly, opens/closes with ease, and trimmed cleanly). They aren't the cheapest option, but after weeks of researching window options I concluded they are the best bang for the buck in terms of product (Wardco windows, Portatec doors), and quality of installation. Highly recommended.

We needed new windows and patio door for our home. We obtained 3 quotes from different companies in Burlington. While another quote came in slightly cheaper, that company never actually measured our windows like Dave did so we knew Dave's quote was the correct price. He was very knowledgeable and helped us choose windows that suited our needs and budget. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. We purchased Wardco windows. They look great and open so smoothly. We would use them again and recommend them.

Awful experience with an Ignorant and Unprofessional Salesman! We ordered a Garaga Garage Door from this company, that had previously done a good job on a sliding door for us. Thought the second experience would be good as well - wow were we wrong!
Firstly, the salesman, Dave, gave us 'heck' for buying a front door from another company, when he cam to do the quote - reprimanding us for not giving him the business. We decided to proceed anyways after that red flag.
Dave didn't look at the inside of the garage, just the outside - gave us a lower quote then two other competitors and we called it a day.
When the Garaga team came to install, they informed us that we didn't purchase the opener - we had no idea, it didn't come as part of the package (we are first time garage door purchasers).
After calling Dave and The Door Dudes to rectify the issue - we were blamed (you didn't tell us you wanted an opener, it's up to you to tell us what you need)....thanks jerks! They said it was an extra $600!
When we called to cancel and explain why, the salesman Dave was arrogant, and said - "I'm not taking any of the blame for this" ...what horrible customer service - just shop at Overhead Door in Burlington instead!

Scott from the Door Dudes helped me select a new window for my upstairs. Not knowing anything about windows, I had a number of people come to provide me information and quotes. Scott from Door Dudes was the only one that treated me with any respect and not like a child. They weren't the cheapest quote, but how I was treated made the difference. The install wasn't the best and I'd have liked a better job there, but overall, very happy with the process. They're now the first ones I've called for new front entry and patio doors.
