This company was absolutely fantastic. I had a quote on the same day as I submitted my request. I had the door there first thing in the morning and by lunch the job had been completed. Worked with me every step of the way from Reception to the installers. A huge thank you for the great work. Definitely recommend and if I require services again, I shall be back 100%.

Okotoks Glass helped us successfully complete two bathroom shower projects. One required glass for an oversized shower (with a transom piece above the door) and the other, glass and installation for a steam shower. Both jobs were done well, on time and on budget. We appreciated the ideas the team brought to the table to take our project to the next level.

Roland came out and measured himself and ensured that the product was adequate for our home. The install was perfect and the professionalism and the cleanliness of the installers was amazing.

Great service ! Took photos and sizes into shop and Roland gave us a quote on the spot. Our home is remote, but he came and confirmed sizes and qoute next day. Windows arrived next week with very friendly, happy and efficient crew. Rommel did great job of install and correcting errors I made 30 years before. We called to have a quote for new windows. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. She was able to arrange two installers to come out the same day. What impressed us was that they were Honest !!! we do not need new windows, maybe glass but before spending that money they suggested we take a look behind the window casting. So they removed a strip only to see from our living room into our backyard. We have now removed all window castings and are spray foaming ,since when Lux windows installed they left this part out !!!! Without any doubt, when we ever need anything done glass or door wise, this will be our first call to this company. Thank you for restoring our trust in others.

I had the same work done on a different location and requested to have it done again by Okotoks Glass. They set a date 6weeks in the future due to their work back log and then when it was time to install refused to come do the job at all because they were too busy. They never installed it or even suggested an alternative company to install it.

First experience with this company was having a custom mirror placed inside of an old barn window that had been refinished. They did a beautiful job in a reasonable time and the cost was very reasonable too.

I then had them replace a door that was damaged and not installed well. 6 months later the door was starting to shift and not sit in the frame properly. When I called them they sent someone out within a week to look at it, after the guys assessed the problem we set up an appointment to have it repaired. They showed up and spent the time to pull it all apart and put it back together properly. The guy did an excellent job, no issues, no extra cost. I now have some quotes with them to do my front door and a storm door or two.

I bought a fiberglass door to replacement front metal door. It never seemed to be sealed right and the windows in it were constantly frosting in the winter. Okotoks Glass Windows & Doors gave me a competitive bid on the project and did a great job. They even told me that the original door had not been installed correctly and they fixed that problem.

I would definitely use this company again. They were extremely professional, competitive and excellently skilled.

I was worried about the edges being too sharp but they routered them in such a way that was perfect for what i needed.

We had 2 new patio doors installed. One was a replacement and one was a window. With both of these projects, I went to work at 7AM, came home a 3:45 PM, the doors were in with the sites completely cleaned up. Both of these Pella doors with the blinds built-in between the panes of glass and they are wonderful
