We were selling our house but the basement had no egress windows which turned out to be a huge problem as nearly 100% of the potential buyers wanted to use the basement as a separate living space. We did some searching an hooked up with Egress Window Experts. The sales rep., Albert, came to our house and did a survey and then showed us all of or options. He was very professional and far from pushy.

Once we confirmed the work, they took care of everything including the utility locate. The workers came at the exact time they were booked and laid down protective flooring over the entire area they could be. The two workers that came were very very quick and completed the best install we have had to date. Window quality is excellent and all the work done, including the inside trimming, was absolutely top notch. The best part, our house sold 5 hours later. Thanks!

Im always sceptical about reviews, in case they are bought. This is not the case here. What an amazing job these guys did. Late in the game we found Egress Window Experts, and so glad we did. We had 4 basement windows( 2 custom egress) and all 4 new window wells replaced and we are very pleased with all aspects of this job. The crew were amazing and did not stop until the job was complete. They were polite, neat and worked very hard both inside and out. David who we originally dealt with via email and Albert who came over to give us our estimate were truly professional and a pleasure to deal with and kept us up to date regarding installation. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend them .

I had all 14 windows and the sliding patio door replaced on my house. The windows and door all arrived in a timely manner (approx. 6 weeks). The installation was all done in one day and the installation team did a very good job. There was an issue with the patio door (spots in between the panes of glass) which I reported to Albert and he said he would have the manufacturer follow up. Vista Patio Doors (manufacturer) contacted me and had the door replaced in a week. Very happy with the service! I would definitely recommend Direct Windows, Albert and his installation team are good at what they do!

Kosta dropped by same day to provide a quote. This is unheard of in this industry. He was able to provide a quote on the spot for the custom sized window and schedule an install date. He knew his stuff too.
Three weeks later Alex and Alex came by and completed the job quickly and efficiently and very professionally in 5h including all the digging by hand removal and disposal. The installed window operates buttery smooth.
You could not ask for a better experience with contractors in this day and age. They did what they said they would do and most importantly to my satisfaction. This is a rare company that actually delivers as promised. Will definitely be doing business again!
