service really good - communication very very poor ! still waiting for any answer to any of my emails. could not get through to the phone person.

i am frustrated to the max !

why is it so hard to respond to a customer email?

ps i live in kitchener and this system is really bad - doesn't work

I'm very please with the recent service I received. Our furnace died after 20 years of faithful service so the service man sent Yuri over the next day to discuss all our options. Even over the Easter weekend they got things ready to go and by Monday at 8:30AM Rob & John arrived with all the new equipment, installed an entire heating and cooling system and were out of the house by 4:00PM. They didn’t leave a single piece of garbage or dirt, it was like no one was ever there. These guys were pros from start to finish. Very much appreciated and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Upgrade a very old furnace and AC system after moving into our house. Outstanding service from Iurie in selecting our products. Rob and John did an awesome job with the installation. Quick, easy, and everything is working flawlessly.

He advised against the electronic air filter I had and replaced it with a regular air filter and used the electronics to hook up the humidifier to run continuously while the fan was running full time even when the furnace wasn't heating.
