Would like to say i had the hardest working young men (Rob/John) they came and never stopped till all was completed. They left my place as clean as if no work had been done. Highly recommend their service. Just waiting for Yuri,s letter for my rebate. we had only a few hiccups during installation but Rob/John took care of that. Many Thanks for great service.

Brandon completed work in timely fashion, arrived as scheduled and completed ac maintenance. operating pressures are good, superheat and subcool good, fan bearings good, electrical components check out, temp drop accept

Prompt service call from Russ Cunningham - analysed the problem - new a/c recommended as old was not compliant with government standard re the coolant agent. Devon, sales consultant was pleasant and didn't give a hard sell but stated various products. Pleased to have the a/c installed within 3 days of ordering (weekend included in those three days) Exceptionally pleased with the team of installers, Curtis and James who both were expert in their field. Good job done; explained to the homeowner just what they were going to do and after the job was completed another explanation. Tidied up after themselves

Russ and a new trainee performed our annual checkup on an air conditioner we had purchased from B/C last year. They arrived on time as scheduled and the service was done efficiently and professionally. Russ was very helpful and offered advice on how to improve the functioning of the a/c as well as our older furnace. He was very personable and answered any questions we might have had. We are pleased with the equipment and with the level of service provided by B/C and would certainly recommend them.

When I came home at the end of the day I immediately went to test the systems and check out the workmanship. All I can say is WOW! Rob and John obviously take great care and pride in what they do. Not only did everything work flawlessly but they had meticulously wrapped cables and tucked wires, made efficient and esthetic use of space for piping, conduits and venting and left the site in pristine condition. It’s so well done in fact that I’m showing it off to everyone that comes over! I now have a highly efficient, silent and professional looking HVAC system that’s saving me money and adding resale value to my house. I can’t imagine more professional technicians than these guys! Fantastic work! Highly, highly recommended!!!!
