Rob and Jon arrived at our home, on a very cool and rainy day, right on time as per the agreed scheduled appointment. After showing them the locations of existing air handler and heat pump they got to work.
Upon completion of the installation Rob took the time to explain all the system components and operation.
Over all a very tidy job.

Fast friendly service tech identified the problem and had a solution in place within two hours. I appreciated being informed of the service plans but even more so, I appreciated that it did not turn into a high pressure sales pitch.

My service rep was very thorough in the cleaning and service of my furnace and also helped me out with getting a duct cleaning booked and prepaid.

We had a problem with our furnace and were told we would have to replace it as the heater exchange was cracked. Juri the sales rep came to talk to with us about our options for a new furnace and ac. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and also so informed us of the rebates that were available.This was around 6 pm on a Friday April 21st. He arranged for the earliest possible installation Jon and Alex our technicians were
polite and very neat. They answered any questions we had and explained what we needed to know about our new furnace . Juri returned after the furnace was installed and went through the use of the thermostat and filter replacement as well as answering some questions we had about one of the rebates. It's always a good sign when the sales reps talk you out of the pricier options. In addition to the A/C installation, several inefficiencies in our HVAC system were fixed with the flat rate.

The technicians Curtis and Wayne were very courteous and did a good job explaining all the work that was completed.

We needed our furnace serviced and our air conditioner replaced. Russ was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Our furnace is running great now and our new air conditioner is fantastic.
