This company has been looking after my furnace and air conditioner for nearly 20 years. Not quite three years ago they installed new ones. I've been on their service plan for a long time, and get service checks on each system annually. I haven't needed the priority emergency service becaus everything works so well. All their service people are on time, efficient, and neat, especially Russ C., who does most of my service checks. I heartily recommend them to anyone needing good reliable service!

Work was done efficiently and well explained -very professional. Workman arrived when it was stated he would - I was not kept waiting.

Right from the beginning starting we had a pleasant no fuss process with Iurie the sales rep who was excellent explaining our needs, install process, rebates and a follow up visit when the work was done. The installers, Jon and Alex were clean, efficient and left no mess in our home. Alex gave us a great briefing about how to program and operate our thermostat, change the filter and what to expect service wise in the next few months. I was very impressed with Jon and Alex for their work ethic and knowledge of these products. They were very patient explaining the new programmable thermostat and changing the filter. They arrived on time and worked steadily all day. Very polite and even took the time to be polite to a neighbour and give her the empty box she requested.

Russ did a great job as always. Service plan has us ready for the heat of summer. Prompt, efficient and friendly I would recommend this company to anyone in need of service.

Annual service inspection of our air conditioning unit. The technician carried out a comprehensive checklist on the A/C head and the remote compressor and provided useful information on cleaning and maintenance.

Russ was very thorough attending to the inside and outside parts of the system.
He arrived not too long after the notification phonecall that he was on his way.

My AC was not working. They came out same day and serviced on the spot.

We ordered a Lennox 2T central air conditioner yesterday. Alex and Jon came today at 8:30 and worked till noon. We are extremely happy with their workmanship.

The installation is perfect. They also spotted that our water heater exhaust is too low, and put on a remedy. After the job done, they removed all traces, leaving behind only the great job for us to enjoy in years to come.
