They could not come on the day that I called them. So they said they will come the next day between 10 and 11 am.
They didn't show up and I had to call them. They said the technician was behind schedule. They didn't bother to even call me to say they were behind schedule.
They finally came in the afternoon and replaced a pressure sensor and charged just under $400.
I called another company to see what they would charge for the same issue and type of service. This company said that they would charge a total of $195 for the above mentioned service.
Best climate is not punctual and they over change!

Arnold and his team came the same day I called. Fixed the problem very next day. Part needed to be couriered. They were courteous, professional and honest. I will call them in the future and would recommend them. My wife was very happy with their service.

My Carrier high efficiency furnace broke down in Feb./15 and although it was only 5 years old after 4 attempts to fix it I gave up. I contacted Best Climate and after a quick quote and measurements was being installed in 3 days from initial contact. After suffering with 8 space heaters for 18 days it was an amazing relief, so much so that I had them replace the water heater and AC unit at the same time. With the summer of 2016 heat waves it was a brilliant decision since the super high efficiency AC unit has saved hundreds in hydro this year alone. Not only that it was the cleanest and most professional install I have ever seen. Even the inspector said that it was perfect. wow.

Had used this company for many HVAC issues in the past...both for installations and repairs...we were so happy with their service that they were who we called because of lack of heat to certain areas of house this frigid winter. Service tech came and addressed other furnace issues which needed attention. These repairs did not improve heat in the house.

After leaving 2 messages for someone to call, as we needed another service visit to address the issue we had called for originally, we finally received a call back. Was told someone would be by within the hour. No one came, no one called. Left another message later that day. No response. Left yet another message 2 days later. No response. Sent an email the following week...no response.

Since leaving 4 phone messages, and an email...it has now been over a month and no response from this company.

This company used to provide wonderful customer service...now they provide none. Perhaps this is why the large company that used to use Best Climate as their HVAC contractor, no longer uses their services!! Certainly after this experience we are no longer using their services and will definitely warn anyone who is looking for HVAC services to avoid this company at all costs

We were very pleased with Best Climate. They installed our high efficiency furnace a few years ago and we have also had them clean and service the furnace since then. The furnace itself is excellent and their cleaning and servicing was prompt, very thorough and inexpensive. They checked every possible aspect of the furnace functions and gave us a complete report. Excellent!

My wife and I recently moved to Newmarket and purchased a gas stove. Best Climate Heating and Cooling Inc came highly recommended from a good friend of ours. We had a gas line installed and out of courtesy, they also connected our stove. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. Our furnace was inspected and they gave us several safety suggestions/recommendations. We then agreed to have them install a cold air intake. This would bring in more oxygen (for combustion and cooling). Bringing in more oxygen from outside was not only safer, but would technically save us money in the long run. We also had them pre-wire a gas line for our future gas bbq. Everything was done quickly, thoroughly, neatly and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them to our neighbors, family and friends who live within the GTA.

Owner is a very nice man, gas line installation fine, and both installers very comfortable to be with; but our master electrician had already installed a special electrical outlet for the stove and set aside a $240 double breaker the unlicensed gas installer REPLACED the new outlet with his own cheaper one, and managed to remove the specially installed $240 double breaker and replace it with a $60 single breaker. Our master electrician was incensed and reported them - only a licensed electrician can do wiring. We cannot recommend this company to anyone nor will we ever use them again.

Complete overhaul top notch train system. The owner of the company had no idea of scheduling many delays.The workers were under qualified.Would not reccommend even for a service call in January.
