Hollywood Door Centre

The installers removed the wire mesh screen from my patio screen door for the backyard. I followed up with the owner, only for him to tell me he is on vacation. Continued to follow up since he promised he would give me an answer within the week. Its been over 3 months now and still no answers, he will not respond to my text messages or calls. Terrible experience, I will not recommend this company to anyone looking for patio door service.

i ve got front and oatio door with this company grate price and instalation highly recomend this company they were really flexable i ve got both doors in less then a month,

I had 2 sets of patio doors installed May 2011 and by March 2012 there was condensation on 2 of the 4 doors. I have been trying since then to have the inserts replaced. We are now going on 18 months of hell with many promises and appointments to repair but nothing. Al is rude and a dishonest crook. My bad for not doing my due diligence.

RIDICULOUS is my only word to describe this untrustworthy company. Bad products that let in wind, warped doors, glass put in upside down and inside out, scratched door handles, door only partially stained and partially polyurethane. My only advise do not trust AL and do not use this company he is a scamer and will tell you he will laugh and take your money and sit on the beach in the winter with it. He belongs in jail!

We had a replacement front door installed and the supplier was hollywood doors located on staffern drive in concord. The installation was done correctly but the door was defective and some parts had been chimmed wtih a knife, there is a cold draft coming from the bottom of the door. I placed no less than 10 calls to the company, and after 6 weeks they promised to come on 2 occasions and neer showed up or called, then on the 3rd time they showed up 2 hours late and denied there was anything wrong and left. Very rude, and ignorant. DO NOT USE OR BUY ANYTHIGN FROM THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

We have been looking into installing a screen doors since we moved in 10 years ago. We finally contacted Hollywood Door Centre. Raj came in and he took all the necessary measurements. He then took his time to explain the different options we have. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and his patience. He even draw for us what it would look like. We were very happy with customer service he provided us.

worst experience ever...the paint on my new doors started peeling off immediately and got progressively worst. Also found out that my doors were cut too short and they tried to hide it by adding a piece of wood at the bottom and covering it with the bottom weatherstipping. After weeks of calling, they finally agreed to replace the doors. The new doors paint job was marginally better, but still peeling. The bigger problem now is the doors doesn't close properly. (there is 1/2 inch gap on top). In addition, the door handle was damaged when reinstalled. Al, the owner refuses to address these issues and I now have to hire someone else to look at it. This company has inferior products and laughable customer service. Al has no integrity and doesn't stand by his products. He will be dishonest with you so he can get you off his case. Also , be aware that this company goes by different names such as 'Door Gallery'. Lock)
