Very happy with technician, worked fast and efficient
Was unhappy about paying thought it was warranty but informed that it was not part of the furnace and air conditioner. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

Great walk through, excellent install, called for concerns about the install, had Tech show up, make adjustments & recommend some tips.

Tried to install a wifi thermostat myself, and was unable to, called AF and they sent in a Tech to connect the new thermostat, I was happy to pay for the service.

All 4 times dealing with AF, very professional and understanding. I don’t rate full marks on surveys, but would definitely rate them a 9 out of 10.

Prompt, excellent service. I know my furnace is good for the season, and they were great cleaning the ducts in the house. Second time I've used Action, and I highly recommend them.

Technician thoroughly investigated furnace issue and made several furnace maintenance recommendations. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to work as soon as I explained the problem we were having. Highly recommend!

From the first call, where the administrator greeted me cheerfully and quickly arranged for an appointment, to my sales call with Paul, who might be the best sales person I've ever dealt with in any industry, to my installers, who arrived on time and showed care for my home and attention to detail in their work, this company knocked it out of the park. I love that they text you bios and pictures of the team members that are coming to see you. I loved that Paul took the time to explain about the manufacturer they use and their partnerships and history. I love that he presented unit options along with payment options in both verbal and visual fashion. And so much more. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for home HVAC sales or service. But I also highly recommend that other companies, in any industry, who are looking to grow and improve their service, take a hard look at Action and their practices.

The hot water tank installers were on time, chipper, polite and completed the job in under 2.5 hours. The area was cleaned up and the old tank was removed. Everything was reviewed and explained. A great job!

Conner cleaned the furnace professionally and changed the capacitor. Membership optikns saved some money and conner was graet at explajning all the stuff. I recommend action furnace to other people.

I had central air installed by action furnace 2 yrs ago in my new duplex. I was so satisfied that I have used them again to install central air in my new home in Morinville. They arrived on time, were very neat and efficient. After it was installed Richard went over everything with me and was very thorough.
