The gov't supplied ' nest' thermostat didn't seem to be working with our new furnesses so A ction service man put in one of yours. Don't think it made that much difference but thank you for coming out. NICE GUY.

Booking the appoinment with Rod was a breeze. The technician arrived and did a great install and cleaned up the workspace then continued to test the system after everything was complete.

Matt from Action Furnace was a pleasure to have. He was professional, and thorough. He checked every aspect of our furnaces, ducts, air flow. Our humidifier was not working so had him install a new one. His explanations were clear. I felt like I understood much more after his visit

Amin Elsaadi was the technician. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and provided options for resolving the issue. I appreciated that he took the time to conduct a review of the condition of the furnace in spite of the fact that his primary task was to add an extension to the exterior furnace vent. The service center (Cindy and Kat) got me an appointment on the same day. The technician (Evan Pallone) arrived at the expected time, diagnosed the problem properly and replaced the circuit board. He noticed some leaking from the condensate pan while he was cleaning the furnace so I asked him to address that at the same time.

Overall I'm pleased with everyone's customer driven attitude. All personnel was a joy to talk to and friendly.

The technician, Mike, was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He pointed out some things I should be aware of and was sure to leave the area clean. I would highly recommend Mike and Action Furnace.

The extra cost was for tune up of a humidifier. The duct cleaning and furnace tune up were included as part of my comfort club membership.

Action Furnace was great. The tech was very pleasant and he worked very quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes, and he had the replacement part in his van. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and the furnace is back up and running. Would highly recommend.
