Great job by the guys at Action Furnace. We have a yearly subscription that puts out minds at ease as they come and check everything and make sure we are ready for the winter, they provide us with all the filters we could need and are one call away should things go wrong (which we haven't had to do yet ). Great professionalism and service!!!

Great service, appointment set up and on time delivery. Price as quoted despite challenges in the install. Everything from getting the quote through to installation was smooth, efficient with a high level of service supported by technology. James took the time to explain the work, install the heater and then waited for me to get home from work to walk me through the details. James explained the next steps, timing and asked me if I had any questions multiple times. We have just moved into a new house and have had many trades in and out. Action Furnace by far was the best overall experience and would highly recommend then.

Amin arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problems. He offered a solution. He gave me an accurate quote. He did the work quickly and professionally. I loved that the company sent me a text before he arrived identifying him, providing a picture and a brief bio. I knew exactly who was at my door. He was personable and kept me informed all along the way. And special kudos to his boss who called in the middle of things to ask about Amin's back. It was professional of Amin to apologizing for the interruption although it was not necessary. He walked me through the repairs, showed me exactly what he had done and gave me notice that the water heater was nearing its expected life time.

Action Furnace provided excellent advice and installation service. The furnace was installed a few days ago and performs very well. They even fixed a small problem I had with the ducts which was not expected. I recommend this company.

Furnace control board died. Tech found the issue in under 5 mins and had it running again within the hour. Repair was covered under the warranty thankfully as the board was over $800.00
Now looking at their monthly customer program which would not only cover the annual service and vent cleaning.

Will from Action Furnace did the maintenance on my furnace and hot water heater. His knowledge was exceptional and I appreciated him patiently going over everything with me. It was a learning experience as to how the furnace operates and he went through it all so I understood what needs to be done in the future

Action furnace was great to work with. Scott was so polite and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as well as he fixed our problem with our furnace. Will absolutely use them again, and will recommend them to friends. Thanks so much !!!

Great service and exceptional customer communication and service. Very trustworthy and respectful all around. Would highly recommend. They were also timely and gave me a heads up text when they were on their way

Excellent customer service, very professional and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves. Even noticed that we didn't have enough return air vents according to code, and added one. Have also had them install an air conditioner for us in the past, very happy with this company and will use them for all future projects.

The installers did a nice job with the furnace installation and cleaned up well after the job was done. Matthew answered any questions I had. The only complain I had is that at the end of the job, I was not given the opportunity to read the checklist that I was asked to sign stating that the work was completed. the work was done but I should have had the opportunity to read it first. One other comment - the new filters that were left with the furnace do not appear to be as good as the ones we normally use so I will probably not be using them.

Other than that, the job was well done.
