This is a belated review. I have been using Oscar's services for years as a professional handyman, and so have several of my colleagues. When a very expensive microwave I have lost its magetron, Oscar just happened to have a matching one on hand due to his saving it from an earlier acquisition, and replaced mine. Since then, I have also referred him (although I never told him so) to several of my clients for electronic repairs, including recently my own sister, who also had a microwave repaired by him. His home visits and assessment time is done as a free estimate. Most other electronic repair charge for this part of the service, and most of them, to my understanding, are not as able as Oscar in many electronics repair fields. Highly recommended by myself and other handyman services. You can't go wrong with this guy. He's an easy ten.

I contacted Oscar to fix an old electronic toy from the 1980s that he had most definitely never seen before. Quite a challenge! He came to my home, picked it up, and called several days later to say it was fixed. He returned it the next day. Unfortunately, the item was only partially fixed. (Not exactly Oscar's fault as I wouldn't have expected him to know what this toy would look like when fully operational). Oscar was uncertain if it could be fully repaired, but after some discussion of the issues, Oscar took it back to work on it further. Several weeks later Oscar returned my toy fully working! It appears he did quite a bit of work to get it back to 100%. As Oscar claims on his website, he fully guaranteed the labour cost, charging me only for the parts the second time around. Oscar could have easily given up on this job (not your average TV/radio repair) but he went the extra mile on this one. You'd do well to trust Oscar with your broken electronics. The man worked a miracle here!

Beware! There was no free estimate, and certainly no affordable rates. I gave him two cd players to repair, based on the reviews I had read, and they both came back to me with the exact same issues they had before. He did not call me to tell me what the problems were or what the cost would be, but he did call to tell me the work was done. At $85 per cd player, I expected that what he said was a simple problem would be fixed, but this was not the case, and now he will not return my calls. I would not trust him again.

I just wanted to thank Oscar for the really quick turn-around on repairing my physically damaged USB drive. All my personal information was intact and saved! Oscar was very attentive, knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do and what he had to do to successfully fix my important device. I typically do my own electronic repairs but when I can't tackle something, or when I just need that expert, I will not hesitate to contact Oscar again and I will definitely refer others to him. Thanks again, Oscar!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Dr. Oscar Moz fixed a problem we had with an old electronically controlled chair, and was prepared to say goodbye to it forever. Oscar met me at our home, and within 24 hours the problem was solved. He used his exceptional experience and ingenuity to "save the day" and we are delighted!

I asked Oscar for an estimate to repair my rice cooker. He came and picked it up, and called a day later with his estimate exactly when he said he would call. His fee was extremely fair, and he was very honest and up front about the issues with my cooker. Door-to-door service is nice and no extra charge. Refreshing to meet such an honest and fair businessman. All of his 10/10 ratings are well-deserved.

My 55' flat screen stopped working at my office, I called Oscar, he came in same day, took the tv and brought it back within 3 days repaired and ready to go. The price was excellent the service was even better. Will use and recommend Oscar in the future for sure.

We recently had problems with our CD player and sought the service of AMI Repairs. We were given excellent advice, both over the phone and via email. Following the suggestion provided, we were able to solve our problem without inccurring large expenses. And AMI did not charge us for this helpful advice. Such business attitude is most exceptional. We are most appreciative of AMI Repair Service and will surely recommend it to our friends.

Well...the reviews tell the truth! Oscar is quick, responsive, efficient and fantastically kind. We enjoyed service with him immensely. We wish him continued business as he is most deserving!

I spoke to Oscar. He is the owner, and he provided us with yeoman service. He picked up our T.V the same day I called, and returned it fixed, the next day. The T.V has been working beautifully. His rates are reasonable. He was very polite, knowlegable, and professional. Thanks Oscar.
