We bought a furnace & air conditioner from Dave in January 2012. We trusted and liked Dave very much. Any problems we had with the Furnace & AC was always promptly serviced. Dave sold the company to in 2013, but continued to work for the company as an employee. I received an email from the company in 2013 explaining the financial difficulties the company had in servicing the 10 year warranty/tuneup on all parts and labour. To their credit they continued to honor the yearly contract until October 24, 2018. We were informed by their service technician, who was excellent, that he was no longer working for their company. We called the company and unfortunately discovered that the company's telephone #, & website was disconnected. We sent them an email, no response. Looks like every customer is out of luck with their warranties/service contracts. I just wanted to inform their customers, that RHC's Company Motto, 110 percent satisfaction was not honored, and I am very disappointed. Guys, there is always options and solutions, and bailing on customers that trusted you is not one of them!!

I spoke to Oscar. He is the owner, and he provided us with yeoman service. He picked up our T.V the same day I called, and returned it fixed, the next day. The T.V has been working beautifully. His rates are reasonable. He was very polite, knowlegable, and professional. Thanks Oscar.

Green Saver did an energy audit of my home. They also did attic insulation and draft proofing in my home. They were absolute gems in handling the energy audit, and the work completed in my home. They arrived on time, were extremely competent, professional, cheerful, polite, and they never stopped working from the time they arrived, till the time they left. They meticulously cleaned up, after the work was completed in my home. GreenSaver understands the motto, "Do it right the first time". I haven't needed to use my air conditioner so far this year. The temperatures have gotten quite hot outside, yet my home has remained cool. I am actually going to save some money this year, on my energy bills, thanks to the yeoman service I received from GreenSaver.
