Beware! There was no free estimate, and certainly no affordable rates. I gave him two cd players to repair, based on the reviews I had read, and they both came back to me with the exact same issues they had before. He did not call me to tell me what the problems were or what the cost would be, but he did call to tell me the work was done. At $85 per cd player, I expected that what he said was a simple problem would be fixed, but this was not the case, and now he will not return my calls. I would not trust him again.

I would like to know when you called us, when we repaired your item, and we would like to have your information (such as your name, phone number, etc). If you ever contacted us it is all recorded onto our system and the recordings stay for one year (for quality control). Let me tell you about our policy.
