Terrible communication from owner, workers are polite, however, follow their orders and below is the result...
Intentionally told employees to do project wrong and when called out on it, confessed as much, then took an additional 3 weeks to complete out of spite when asked to fix it
Refuse to correct underlying issue when making repairs
Projects are usually half done, if done at all
Consistently orders wrong parts if they're ordered at all
Leave projects to the last minute or go over time limit
Ask for proof of paperwork if a permit is needed
Did a great job getting acoustical seal out of my carpet though

This company was recommended by a friend who also had their ducts cleaned. They arrived on time and did what was needed to be done. I didn't see what came out but noticed significantly less dust after the visit. We hadn't had our ducts cleaned for many years and this time they cut into our vent. See photo. I was not happy about the metal shavings left on the floor as we have little dogs but they did have to pack up quickly due to a really bad storm. Also when I spoke to other people they said that is actually normal like when roofers leave those pesky dangerous nails everywhere, ugh. So just something to be aware of for safety. Otherwise very happy may even rebook earlier as it had been so long.
