INSTALLS ARE SLOPPY AND THE EQUIPMENT DOESN’T WORK. NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT!!!!! After they install everything and you pay them (our bill was over $13,000), you will never get any post-sales support unless you are willing to wait over 4 weeks and can stay at home right by your phone 9am-5pm. They rarely return phone calls or leave any voice mails if they call, even on the date of scheduled service. If you happen to miss their phone call (i.e. you are driving, using the bathroom, or any other reason you can’t pick up your phone) THEY WILL DROP YOUR SCHEDULED VISIT altogether and then you start over – you have to call them back, ask for a visit, and wait for a long time. Their excuse is “It’s a busy time for us”. Obviously it is, no one wants his/hers fireplaces to work in May. It is a poorly run business with no regard for their customers. End users and builders DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are owned by ROODE AND ROSE and operate under ATLANTIC STOVES AND FIREPLACES.
