Glen wood was on time as promised. The four men crew were very professional and cleaned up after they finished the job.

At the outset , Nicole the receptionist who received my call was very accommodating and patient to answer all my questions . She booked me for an actual inspection of the tree to be cut . Chris , the arborist came to see and was quite knowledgeable . He even pointed out to an old stump ( which I didn’t notice at all) and will be included in the estimated quote . Today a cold -1 morning , Steve came with a lady - who turned out to be Nicole , cut the tree and removed the stump in no time . The duo was actually a father daughter tandem were quite systematic in their work. Highly recommended .

The 3 gentlemen who came out to prune and remove dead limbs were extremely professional and friendly. The arborist in the group was extremely knowledgeable and I learned some interesting facts. I would highly recommend their services. I am extremely happy with the service they provided!

Removing dead wood from an oak tree and pruning cedars. Work was done in a professional, efficient manner, good clean-up, highly recommended. Definitely would use them again and very pleased with their level of service.

Ken, my neighbour, told me that your crew chief suggested that the two little "feeders"? should go, too. Had I been there, I would have asked your guys to do it and I would pay the extra, but by then they had left.
So, two questions:
1. How would you like to be paid, Visa or cheque?
2. Is it recommended that I remove those two small trees myself or will you be giving me a quote on that? (I can't say I even knew they existed, imagine that!)

Our tree trimming and stump removal process was smooth from start to finish. The estimator was friendly, professional and punctual. Steve, Josh and Cody arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. They didn't stop until we were happy, and they made sure to clean up afterwards. The stump removal employee worked quickly as well. I would definitely recommend Glenwood.
