John did really an excellent job replacing the 2 torsion springs of my garage door roll up. What I really appreciated is his attention to small details, he noticed that a wooden frame supporting the springs were a bit wobbly. He noticed that some screw/ nails were put in wrong spot and some not deep enough to hold the said wood . He had to re- enforce with several long screws to make the frame strudy. If not for that , it would have been a disastrous event just waiting to happen, just imagine the whole spring assembly flying all over the garage possibly damaging my car. Im so grateful for John's excellent work. He's worth referring to my friends. Thank you very much John.

Whole house Kitec pipe replacement works was very satisfactory. Alex, the owner was very professional and communicates and gave updates every step of the way from start to finish . The other, Alex who did most of the piping work was very analytical in tracing where the pipes were interconnected and made sure there will be minimal holes made in the walls and ceiling. Kudos to both! Highly recommended!

At the outset , Nicole the receptionist who received my call was very accommodating and patient to answer all my questions . She booked me for an actual inspection of the tree to be cut . Chris , the arborist came to see and was quite knowledgeable . He even pointed out to an old stump ( which I didn’t notice at all) and will be included in the estimated quote . Today a cold -1 morning , Steve came with a lady - who turned out to be Nicole , cut the tree and removed the stump in no time . The duo was actually a father daughter tandem were quite systematic in their work. Highly recommended .

Eric , the owner , was very knowledgeable and experienced on removing old then putting up my new gate , including very useful suggestions and extras ie putting up of a horizontal brace from post on top of gate , constructing a framework for gate itself - making it stronger , making the gate open towards outside ( way better wider opening access than old one ) and putting up of a lock which opens inside or outside . These extras at no additional charge . Highly recommended .

Alex , the owner , is very professional right from taking my call. He sent his plumber Will, who is likewise not only professional as well as worked very efficiently. They both gave helpful information about my shower faucet . Will even gave out some additional tips not only about the shower even including kitchen faucet. In the future , for sure I will call on them again for my plumbing needs.
