They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Met with Jason who walked me through the different options to replace all my old basement windows. I needed a quick turnaround and we were able to get windows ordered and installed in time without any issues. Would be happy to use Jason against for my window and door needs.

Their first misstep was when the person who was to come measure the windows bailed on us twice in 2 days after waiting all afternoon for them.(It is a rental so not at my house) The window installers were great!
3 of the windows are fine. I have a problem with one, it is leaking air we called 3 weeks ago and called again when we did not hear back and are still waiting we were told they are busy. Then we were informed if they come out and the problem is we have not closed the window properly....it would cost us $150.00! NOT impressed at all. They showed up today! Awesome and fixed the window and touched up the caulking. The service guy was awesome and quick. Thanks

We recently had new windows (double pane) installed in our house to replace a few single pane windows. They provided a detailed quote and were helpful when it came to measuring the windows and giving an overview of the window installation process. The windows arrived sooner than we expected. The guys were very friendly and professional and the installation took about three to four hours. We immediately noticed a difference in our house, less drafty and definitely warmer. Would definitely recommend Award Windows for those looking to increase energy efficiency and for an upgrade in doing something good for the environment.

Windows were finished within promised time frame. Was pleased with the custom windows and was impressed with the install efficiency and the time they took after to talk about the features of the windows (ie detailed cleaning, screen removal, hidden window stops that pop out for overnight protection if leaving windows cracked open for air flow which I would have never noticed if not mentioned) overall great windows and professional employees.

This company was great to us. From a salesman, Cory, who listened to what we wanted and took time to explain all possibilities. To a reasonable price. Followed up with a professional install crew..... I can't complain. These guys did a fantastic job and I will recommend them to all friends and family.

Just had my double front door replaced by Award. I had gotten 3 quotes 2 were in the same ball park, one was way out of whack. Jason came to the house and walked me through the process. He was very patient with my indecisiveness. He told me the time line would be 8 weeks and it was.

Nick, the installer, arrived on time and was very pleasant. He did a great job installing the doors and cleaning up afterward.

I will definitely use Award in the future and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Award Windows did a great job, from service from Jason to the install crew who went above and beyond. Award was able to replace a window another company told me wasn’t possible and not only did they do it but it looks great. Will be using Award for new windows again.

Replacing custom sized windows may cause a bit of concern such as proper fit, proper installation, and styling etc. From the moment Corey walked in the door his professionalism and attention to detail immediately put my mind at ease! He took the time to explain the engineering and design of the windows themselves that demonstrated their superior quality -it wasntvjustvwords and a sales pitch it was visible proof his product was what I wanted! This family run company and their installers went beyond expectation!
