JD Swallow Heating Contractors Inc just ROCKED our furnace repair! Fast response. Friendly service. Accurate and reasonable pricing. Great experience. Our furnace was going on and off and finally died at night. Would have been much more stressful but these guys got it taken care of wonderfully.

Central Air conditioner stopped working. Called JD Swallow to look at issue. They had a hvac tech over the next day. The technician did a thorough inspection and found a defective board on unit. Part was ordered and promptly replaced a day after part arrived at shop.
These guys do great work. From my experience, they are very good at identifying proper issue and don't over-charge or replace parts that don't need replacing. I would definitely recommend them and will call on them for future hvac issues.

We've been benefiting from JD Swallow's services for a few years now. They do an excellent and thorough job of maintaining our furnaces and air conditioners. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of time it takes to do all the work. They are also highly courteous, on time and helpful in troubleshooting problems. Having been a home owner for years I never saw the benefit of having a service plan on my furnace. Well I took the plunge and 2 years later at 11:30 PM my furnace stopped working. I called the 24 hour emergency line and after a few questions I was informed that a technician would be at my house ASAP. Not long after the door bell rang and within an hour my furnace was back on. I learned what this repair would have cost me and at that point I never looked back and always renew my service plan.

This is a great company. They were recommended to me by my home inspector. I've used them 3 times in the past year. Once to install an air intake vent (on the side of our house) for the furnace at our old address, the second visit was for a furnance cleaning at our new home, and the third was for a complete duct cleaning service and furnance mainternace visit. WOW! Very fast, knowledgeable and professional crew. Well worth the cost for the added peace of mind.

These guys are very professional and do a great job. We've had them install an air conditioner and clean our furnace at our previous house and had them back for some work at our new house. You can really trust that they are doing things correctly. When having our furnace cleaned, a young technician found a broken condenser and checked to see if it was still covered by warranty (which it was, so he replaced it for free). I would have never thought to ask and would have paid for the part, but clearly they are trustworthy and helpful. We have no laundry tub so this technician had to clean the furnace fan in our kitchen sink. He made sure to ask for a towel to protect the sink from scratches showing consideration for our home. We will definitely hire these guys for any heating and cooling jobs in the future.

I have a rather unique heating system and the technicians were great at explaining what they were doing and how things worked. When they left there were some recommended repairs that were required and within a few days I had a quote for the repairs.
