After reporting our electric furnace & heat pump had stopped working on the coldest day of the winter this year, it was more than 24 hours before we had a visit from any of the service team. This was after I let them know that I had a husband @ home who was very ill with cancer & I needed to keep him warm. I really feel that the response time was poor & how do their priorities in emergencies work?

We apologize for the delay in service. As we did not have the part required to fix the issue of your breaker. It was to be ordered which unfortunately wasn't available until the next day.
