Service man came to check air conditioner. Recommended I change unit as it was old and for him to verify problem would cost approx $1000 but may not fix problem. He recommended getting a new unit which I agreed to and gave a $2000.00 deposit based on a contract he wrote up. Received a email contract from their office that was different the same day but was not what I agreed to getting. Called office and cancelled same day. Took 13 days to issue refund after having to chase them. They then charged me $200 approx for cancelling contract even though they changed the contract I signed, and I cancelled the same day because they sent me a different contract/agreement from what I signed. They have no honor as they tried to say its fair because I cancelled and there is an adminstration fee, even though they were the ones who changed the contract. I was prepared to move forward with the contract I signed. Their furnace quote(s) after some research after this issue found they were substantly higher as well. Watch out

The coils of my CAC was a giant block of ice inside my furnace on a very hot Friday. As they were swamped with work, the owner himself came within an hour of my call! He could have tried to sell me a new unit, but instead was honest with me & fixed it with a patch kit & a refrigerant top up. The service was quick & honest, I would recommend them to anyone with any issues or in need of a new unit for their home.

Our 23 year old AC unit broke down the night before our flight to visit family. I sent an email that night and the next morning Emma was in email contact. Corey called and provided a quote and Emma scheduled the installation all before our flight departed in the afternoon. She booked installation for the morning after we returned. Great service! They also installed our first unit 23 years ago!

Quick and easy same day replacement at a rental unit, honored a quote from earlier in the year and communicated quickly. Excellent over the phone and in person.

Had Corey come out and fix an issue for my furnace at the cost of a simple service call. Can’t say who had previously diagnosed it because they would probably sue me (the company starts with ‘R’) but they told me I needed to replace the entire unit. Glad I sought a second opinion from The Comfort Shop. Corey is an outstanding technician.
