If your hot tub was serviced or installed by Artic Spa and one day it happens to breakdown during a winter cold spell, calling them for service will be a complete waste of your time as they will not bother calling back so you will be on your own. Given how they completely ignore any voicemail left to them, particularly if you press "4" to indicate that it is an urgent call for "service" , it is clear that their strategy is to ding you for as much money as possible on the initial sale, and afterwards forget about you forever. They clearly have zero concern for word-of-mouth referrals, and aren't interested in repeat business. They may have fooled us once, but NEVER again.
