Regional Painting

Had a brand new cedar deck built and had Regional Painting stain the deck. After less than 1 year deck started to peel and discolour. Found out from a stain consultant that they did not prep deck properly. Trying to get them to rectify situation was useless. Total waste of money

This company promised top quality work and delivered a complete mess. When concerns about shoddy surface preparation were raised, the owner reassured us that the work was guaranteed for ten years. Two years later, our soffits are a complete mess and Regional Painting refuses to address the issue. Avoid them at all costs - incompetent and dishonest.

I was looking for a company to paint our interior, and I found Regional Painting on the BBB site, and some really nice comments about the company, and especially about Earl, the owner. Earl came to give an estimate and was so pleasant and helpful. When they arrived to do the work, Earl arrived with them ( with a Tim's for everyone including me ) to explain the work to be done. In all he had 6 painters the 1st day, and they were all very professional and polite, and I might add, do excellent work. The next day 3 showed up, along with Earl and coffee of course, and they were finished in half a day. Nice to have your entire house, including doors and trim, painted in a day and a half. Also, the only thing I was required to do was to remove anything from the walls. They moved all furniture, etc. As promised, Earl came back when the work was done to inspect. We were so impressed we hired them to come back and do our kitchen cupboards. Again, a fast and very professional job.

I foung with the renovation running on it was time to consider professionals for the painting of the second floor - master bedroom, 6 newly installed doors and the hallway.
I saw their truck on the road and called that night. Earl arrived within the next few days to give me an estimate. He also suggested paint colours! I liked how he mentioed part of the service is that he (the owner) would return once the job was completed to ensure what I had asked for was completed and satisfactory. If there were ANY problems they would be corrected at no charge to me. There were a couple of small areas that needed retouching and true to his word his painter returned and did just that.
Very pleased with the work, the service and the colours. No wonder they are a member of the Better Business Bureau!
I even had them return 8 months later to paint my kitchen, loving room, foyer and dining room.
