After reading all the good reviews of Spring Home, I decided to give them a try. My call was answered right away, and Cy came over on the same day even though it's getting late. He spent a long time describing the various systems and then provided me with an honest recommendation and a competitive quote. My house didn't have an AC so I needed it installed before the summer heat. I have small children so I also purchased the Air Cleaner. Cy scheduled our installation on the same week. The technicians arrived in the morning and worked till 6pm. They work hard and very polite, did not mind explaining the maintenance procedures twice. The new AC & air cleaner have been great. I'll call them again for a furnace tuneup in the fall. I would definitely recommend them to my friends & family.

Called Spring Home on Thursday to gave me an estimate, the price was competitive. I told Cy if he can install the AC asap, he got the deal. He told me they can install the AC on the coming Saturday.

Two techs came on Saturday, the tech told me my existing duct work was too small for the new A coil, he had to rip out the existing duct work and fabricate the new box for the A coil, no problem. They did a great job.

The new AC was just in time for the heatwave we had for the last few days. It worked great, downstairs was 21C upstairs was 23C, we like it cool. Very happy with the work done.

The problem was correctly analyzed, a few options provided, and then the HEPA solution for our zone based HVAC system was selected and installed. Spring Home did an excellent job. Spring Home came very highly recommended to us by some folks we trust and we met with Cy Goh to discuss our choices for a new A/C unit for our mid-century modern home. After doing some research, reading comments from HomeStars, and getting quotations from several dealers, we decided to buy the A/C and the air cleaner from Spring Home and Cooling System Inc. We were impressed with the sales manager Cy Goh, who gave us a very thorough presentation on the A/C, Air Cleaners and their installation process. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions and concerns.
On the installation day, the technicians came on time and were friendly and professional. During the testing, we noticed that water was leaking from the furnace. The technician spent time to trouble shooting for the cause. It was concluded that the evaporator coil had manufactory defect and was the cause of the leak. They ordered new coil right away, since it was long weekend, the technician had to travel to Mississauga to get the new coil. At the same time, Cy called us to apologize and to explain the reasons.
Although we had this setback, we were still very impressed with the service and the way they try their best to solve the issue. From this experience, we felt that Spring Home stands behind their products and we can trust them. I definitely will recommend Spring Home to others. As a matter of fact, I have already recommend Spring Home to my two friends and they are getting the A/C from Spring Home on the coming weekend.

We planned to install A/C for our new house. After doing some research, we decided to upgrade the furnace and add HRV and Air Cleaner. We contacted a few contractors and SpringHome won both on price and trust.

The sales manager Cy and technical manager George were great to work with. We learned a lot from their home visit and settle on a configuration that we were happy with.

The installation team was professional and finished all installation in a single.

Cy arrived at our home promptly, took his measurements and assessed our current situation and made suggestions on what could be improved on. He gave a little presentation on Spring Home, which included some pictures of completed jobs. I basically informed him of what items we needed (new air-conditioner, air-cleaner, humidifier, furnace air intake, neutraliser and thermostat) and he proceeded by suggesting the best products to fit that need, while keeping prices in check. Cy was able to answer all my questions very thoroughly and never tried to up-sell any products/services. He also pointed out things that differentiate Spring Home from the competition (i.e. fabricating turning vanes in the return boot to assist with furnace air-flow). On installation day, the guys were prompt, friendly, professional and clean. They explained how the system worked and what I needed to do to maintain things going forward. Cy and his team will be back in a few weeks to install a compressor sound insulator and to optimise the system, ensuring peak efficiency.
