We bought a new house in Aurora and our one-year Tarion warranty period is coming up. At the end, we also received a binder that has everything about our home. With Brent's inspection, he identified leaks, cracks in walls that I was not aware of. Brent also assisted us in completing Tarion's one- year form. After doing some research, reading comments from HomeStars, and getting quotations from several dealers, we decided to buy the A/C and the air cleaner from Spring Home and Cooling System Inc. We were impressed with the sales manager Cy Goh, who gave us a very thorough presentation on the A/C, Air Cleaners and their installation process. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. On the installation day, the technicians came on time and were friendly and professional. During the testing, we noticed that water was leaking from the furnace. The technician spent time to trouble shooting for the cause. It was concluded that the evaporator coil had manufactory defect and was the cause of the leak. They ordered new coil right away, since it was long weekend, the technician had to travel to Mississauga to get the new coil. At the same time, Cy called us to apologize and to explain the reasons. Although we had this setback, we were still very impressed with the service and the way they try their best to solve the issue. From this experience, we felt that Spring Home stands behind their products and we can trust them. I definitely will recommend Spring Home to others. As a matter of fact, I have already recommend Spring Home to my two friends and they are getting the A/C from Spring Home on the coming weekend.
