I selected Spring Home for ac installation in my new home based on thier reviews, 5 years labour warranty and excellent customer service. They did wonderful job in assisting me selecting the right product and thier installation was very good. I am completely satisfied with ac brand (Tempstar) and so far no issue.

Excellent Service, Excellent Value, Excellent Attention To Detail ... I purchased my new Furnace, Air Conditioning Unit and Ductless AC/Heat pump from Spring Home in 2010. We hired Spring Home to supply and install ductless air conditioning in our home. Their estimate was reasonable and the Mitsubishi product is known to be reliable. Cy was extremely prompt to return calls, showed up on time and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision. He was very personable and did not pressure us, even when we kept changing our mind about the location of the units. The three-person installation team worked very hard and very efficiently to complete the work in one day. All were polite and tidy. The system is working well for us and we are very happy we got Spring Home to come in when they did (on Day 1 of a lengthy heat wave!).

I had met with a number of contractors to get a quote for the installation of a central air and humidifer. However, after meeting with Cy Goh, I decided to go with Spring Home Heating & Cooling.

He was quite forthright in terms of what I needed and had a willingness to educate the home owner. He left a good impression and the price quoted was very competitive.

However, at first there was a language barrier and challenges in communicating with the technicians who did the installation, but Cy made sure to follow up and ensure all concerns and issues were addressed.

The central air & humidifer were installed in May, 2011. It has been about two months and everything is working great.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Spring Home Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them.

Cy Goh came to our home to discuss air conditioning options the same day we called, and provided the estimate soon after. Cy is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. The new unit was installed by competent technicians on our schedule, with follow-up phone/email contact by Cy. While we don't expect any issues, the warranty provided is reassuring.

He was pleasant to deal with before the day the service was provided, and, after installation had been completed, he called to ensure that I was satisified with the installation. On the day of the installation, the technicians arrived at the time they were scheduled to, and I'm no expert, but the workmanship looks great, and the AC unit is working perfectly. I can finally rest easy during the upcoming hot summer days, instead of using an oscillating fan!
