Replace Furnace, A/C and Hot Water Heater
We were in the process of replacing our 20 plus year furnace and A/C and were requesting quotes. We meet Cy at the Toronto home show and explained our situation. Cy asked questions and made some suggestion. We liked what he had to say and requested an estimate.
Cy inspected the old furnace and gave us a very reasonable quote which we accepted. Two technicians from Spring Home arrive on the installing day ( I have to take time off work to be home).
The technicians removed their boots whenever they entered or left to house. The covered their walking area with a cloth – tarp to protect my floors. I was informed what would happen t every step of the installation.
In the end, they did an excellent job. Their work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up after the job was done and took away all the old equipment.
The next day I received a call from Cy to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction.
I would certainly recommend Spring Home for your heating and cooling systems
