Cheryl With this heat wave, your staff must be run off their feet. It’s been a very long day for Kevin even more so because of the heat. It’s 11:50 PM and Kevin just left. Kevin is a very dedicate and polite employee who acts in a professional manner. His action speak well of Spring Home and reinforces my belief that we made the right decision in choosing Spring Home. We were in the process of replacing our 20 plus year furnace and A/C and were requesting quotes. We meet Cy at the Toronto home show and explained our situation. Cy asked questions and made some suggestion. We liked what he had to say and requested an estimate. Cy inspected the old furnace and gave us a very reasonable quote which we accepted. Two technicians from Spring Home arrive on the installing day ( I have to take time off work to be home). The technicians removed their boots whenever they entered or left to house. The covered their walking area with a cloth – tarp to protect my floors. I was informed what would happen t every step of the installation. In the end, they did an excellent job. Their work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up after the job was done and took away all the old equipment. The next day I received a call from Cy to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Spring Home for your heating and cooling systems
