Classic Fireplace is HOT STUFF!
We looked at many companies before selecting Classic Fireplace in Whitby. We had a complex fireplace issue so we had endless questions. Karen came to our home to help us navigate our options. Karen was very patient, diligent and friendly.
The installers, Dwayne & Kyle, did a fantastic job. They were so patient and helpful. They did the unit install and we are doing the framing/tile ourselves. They gave us some great suggestions for completing our project. They protected our floors and cleaned the job site.
The end result is simply gorgeous. We chose a linear Vector gas fireplace and it was installed to perfection. It is SO refreshing to deal with a company who always answers their phone and responds to inquiries immediately. They obviously value customer satisfaction.
