Service technician Matt arrived on time, respected our home by removing his shoes and preparing the work area properly.
Matt ensured that the equipment was properly functioning when he finished.
Thanks to Matt I will continue to use Classic for my future equipment and service needs.

Called Classic fireplace for service on my fireplace. Karen scheduled me in for the following week and provided a time frame. Matt the tech showed up within the time frame and provided a full service on my fireplace. He took it all apart, cleaned it, tested for leaks and ran it through the start and shut off cycles. Matt was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and also gave me some operating tips that I was not aware of. Very satisfied with the service provided by this Company.

Matt was timely, friendly, and professional. He completed the fireplace cleaning and inspection within the hour and also answered some of my product and maintenance related questions.

Chris from ROCC serviced our 10 year old Valor Gas Fireplace. He was prompt, efficient, Friendly, courteous and rapidly diagnosed the proble. Replaced the main digital contoller, cleaned the unit and glass and gave good addvice about our maintaining the unit. We highly recommend him.

Initially we had gone to a big box store with our budget, but it seemed like we were just another number and the requests and needs that we wanted, just felt like we were being upselled the entire time. For a significant purchase we were given a few minutes elsewhere, but with Edward, he gave us over an hour of dedication, understood what we wanted, and met all our needs and requests and answered all of our many questions. We will definetly be back to work with Edward for our next purchase of a fireplace in the near future.

I have successfully dealt with Classic Fireplace for about 15 years, most recently the Ajax location. We had custom fire doors created for our gas log , 100 year old fireplace hearth. Naturally there were some quirks and adjustments needed after installation. Stephen was the tech that came to try and remedy the issues. His level of service was outstanding. He persevered to creatively problem solve the issue coming up with the solution in a pleasant, knowledgeable and in a professional manner. Thank you.

Not only was everyone professional and knowledgeable, they were also friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

Two of our three fireplaces stopped working this winter. The units are over 20 years old and had never been serviced. It is the first time weve used Classic Fireplaces and we will be going back to them for future maintenance and repairs. I would highly recommend them!
