"We cannot thank Patterned Concrete enough for a great job building our very large back patio a couple of years ago, and just this past summer, our front sidewalks/walkway/patio. On both occasions, from our initial meetings with Saverio in our home, to discuss designs, to meeting with Susy and/or Dino in their office to finalize colours and patterns, everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and wanting to make sure we were pleased with what we had chosen. While the work was actually being completed, the different crews involved were very hard working, professional and again courteous and when finished for the day, always cleaned up as much as they could, even sweeping any fallen debris from the road in front of our house and neighbours. In July 2011 my wife and I decided it was time to update our driveway and walk way. After driving around looking at newly built homes to get some ideas I started calling some companies. I received ideas and estimates from 3 companies, Pro Concrete, Master Concrete and Patterned Concrete and all 3 companies provided us with written estimates and great ideas. With the 3 estimates I took the summer to decide what I was going to do.

To my surprise, out of the 3 companies that gave us estimates only one company took the time to call us and asked if we had made a decision or if they could be of service to answer any of questions we might have had; that company was Patterned Concrete. Saverio was the sales person that we dealt with and my first statement to him was “Your quote is too high”. He began to tell me the history of Patterned Concrete and that they have proven records and many customers throughout the years that are still enjoying their stamped concrete, he gave me addresses of work they did so I could go and see the workmanship. He also told us that Patterned Concrete was truly the better choice because of professionalism, quality and that they stand by their work.

I asked Saverio to call me in the New Year (2012) to come back and make some changes to the design and perhaps re quote to see if we could come down to budget. I thought for sure he would not return my call for whatever reason but in February of 2012 I received a follow up phone call. He came back to my house and did some redesigning and came to a good price that we both were good with and we decided to give him the job.
Patterned concrete told me that it would take 3 weeks from start to finish to complete the project. They gave me a start date and started on that day, they finished on time and the job looks great. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated before, during and even after my project was completed. I complained that Patterned Concrete was higher priced then the other 2 companies but I always say you get what you pay for and in my opinion we got a great job and our house is the nicest on the street because of it.

I would truly, honestly recommend Patterned Concrete to anyone that is looking for a great jog, high quality at a reasonable price

I am very pleased with the marvellous work finished by Patterned Concrete for my driveway, front porch and sidewalk. Everyone from Patterned Concrete is very professional and helpful. Saverio is a super nice saleman and very patient in answering all our questions. Susy helped us to choose the right colour. Dino resolved a design issue for us and made the design better than the original one. The excavation crew, the forming crew, the stamping crew and the sealing person all did a wonderful job. I want to especially thank Marius who did the wood work. I have received numerous compliments about the nice curve he has formed for the step and patio.

I am so thankful that I have chosen Patterned Concrete instead of another contractor that gave me a cheaper quote. When I compared my driveway with the driveway across my street that was done by another contractor, I know the work done by Patterned Concrete is worth every penny I spent.

From day 1 when I met Saverio to get a quotation until when my driveway was sealed I cannot think of any thing that could be done better. Starting with the estimate, everything was clear. Several crews came one after another for different part of the job and every single one of them went an extra mile to make me happy, sometimes even without being asked. I had one rain pipe that I was planning to re-route on top of the concrete after the work is completed, but the foreman of the framing crew said it will not look good. He made a phone call to Dino for authorization and told me he will install a drainage pipe before they pour the concrete. I was surprised when he told me there is no charge for the extra work. Honestly the material used was like $10-$15 and the extra work was like 10 minutes, but it made a huge difference for me in terms of not having the pipe running over my beautiful pathway. I can provide you with several out-of-the-scope minor works that they felt it will improve the project without asking for extra charge.

More importantly it seems that being friendly and helpful is one of the requirements for the people to get a job at Patterned Concrete. Everybody I met was supper friendly and so grateful for very small gesture like offering a drink or buying a cup of coffee.

I do not want to make this review a 10 pages long, so I conclude by saying that I would go with your company for my future work, even if someone else offers me a price half of yours, just because I know I will end up paying more at the end to get the quality I require for my job.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Patterned Concrete on our property. The final product has surpassed our expectations and has been appreciated from our neighbours as well as our friends. I choose Patterned Concrete because of their excellent reputation and exceptional workmanship. From the very beginning all the workers were no less than professional at all times.
They displayed great attention to detail in every step of the process. I was lucky enough to watch the entire process from start to finish and was very impressed especially on the day
they poured the concrete. Even Dino the owner was present to ensure that every step of the process was completed to perfection. The team worked in sync throughout all steps of
the process that day from the concrete pouring, stamping, etc. They were very meticulous with the clean up and sealing process, even washing my neighbour's driveway. The finished product is no less than perfection and we are very happy with the overall look of the driveway and walkway. I would most definitely recommend Patterned Concrete- Mississauga to all my friends and family. I would not hesitate to use Patterned Concrete Mississauga again in the near future.

I would highly recommend Patterned Concrete. The sales presentation was very professional and comprehensive, lots of design information was given and suggestions provided. The design process in their offices gave us confidence in that the finished design would be exactly what we wanted.

We were told of the 9 step installation process and how it was possible to modify the original design in the early stages of construction if we wished. A significant design change was suggested by the foreman of the forming work crew, the result is functional and looks fantastic. We were very impressed with the individual crews as they completed their portion of the installation, they were pleasant, answered all of our questions, and kept us up do date with what they were doing. There was very little damage to our property, the clean up crew are very efficient. We have received many compliments from our neighbours .

I had spoken to other customers in my area who have used this company and I received excellent reports about their experiences. This assisted me in my final decision.

I'm writing this review for Patterned Concrete (Mississauga) as a Thank You for the wonderful work that they have done on our front porch, walkway and backyard over the last two years.

Patterned Concrete was highly recommended by a neighbor when we were looking for contractors to do the concrete work on our front porch and walkway. We have called several contractors to quote the job but only Patterned Concrete showed the professionalism we were expecting from a reputable company. I can't believe that there are even contractors out there that would tell you over the phone that that their minimum project cost is $8,000.00 before even sending out an estimator to assess the job. Well, I'm glad to say that Patterned Concrete is not like other contractors that just simply did not care and just treated you as another Customer or number. They took the time to estimate the job properly and explained to us the cost and what the work would entail. Their design team did a fabulous job in designing the work and they even helped us in choosing the right color and pattern.

Their construction crew was great. They came on time and did the work as per the plan. They even took the time to lay protective sheets on my lawn to protect it from damage. Most importantly, they made sure that everything was cleaned up after project completion. One thing that really impressed us with their crew was that we found out that most of them have been with Patterned Concrete for years and for us this says a lot about a Company and their staff. We saw the same nice faces when we had our backyard done a year after!

We never had any problems in the two projects that Patterned Concrete did for us. When we had questions they picked up their phones and returned our calls. We would definitely recommend their services! Now we really believe in their saying that "Concrete Never Looked So Good".
