I very rarely post reviews on the Internet, however, when I receive amazing service and results, I like to share it with others.
My wife and I live in an old house in Brampton. We have lived here for over 10 years and have renovated our entire house during that time. Throughout the difficult times of renovation, we have hired many different contractors and tradesmen. Some we have been pleased with and others not at all. So we really know what we are talking about when it comes to this topic. Our last big facelift on our house was the front exterior. For years we debated our options. The design of the front was somewhat challenging for us. Our landscaper recommended that we put in a stamped concrete walkway with retaining walls for our driveway. He recommended the company "Patterned Concrete Mississauga Inc". He said they were this best in this field, that they set the standard. We are very, very glad we listened to that advice. From first visit to our last visit "Patterned Concrete Mississauga Inc" showed nothing but top service. The first member of this team we met was Tom. He came to our house for a meeting/quote on the project. He answered all of our questions (and there were many) with professionalism that is rarely seen anymore. He added suggestions that we had not thought of and very easily came up with a first draft design of what would look best. His experience in this field was obvious to us both. We then met with Susy in the office to choose colours and stamp design. She was very helpful and we appreciated her guidance. Then we met with Yosef, the design guy. Talk about patience. We changed our design many times, and he was nothing but helpful and kind. Then the work began at our house. Team by team, they came and went. Again, all professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. Now, anyone who has done major renovation in the past will tell you that nothing ever goes 100% smoothly and this was true on this one as well. However, this difference is how it is dealt with. A very minor issue was corrected very quickly with no hassle. And that is the difference with hiring this company. Dino, the owner, came by to check the progress several times, something you don't often see. The people who work for this company take pride in their work, and it really does show. The result, we are happy to say, looks just great! But better than that, we know it was built right! If you or someone you know is looking to do stamped concrete, hire this company, and you'll be happy you did!!!

We used Patterned Concrete’s services for both our driveway and also for our patio at the back of the house. We are very pleased with our experience with this company. Not only does our driveway and patio look amazing, but the service and professionalism of the staff was outstanding. From the beginning stages of receiving information in the consultation to picking out the colours to the execution of the job, the experience was pleasant, as all the staff were always both friendly and knowledgeable. Architecturally, the designing process was well done and the finished design was beautiful with the desired curvature of the flower beds and steps. The entire process was quick and efficient, and upon completion, the workers left the place spotless, which is something we greatly respected. Since the completion of our driveway, we’ve received many compliments from our neighbours wondering who did such a beautiful job. We have selected Patterned Concrete Mississauga to do our driveway, porch and patio and we were very pleased with our selection. Their sales person (Saverio) was very professional and informative; he answered all our questions and helped us in our pattern selection.
The job was done in reasonable time and most of the delays we had were due to bad weather but during this delay Dino kept us informed about the status of our job.

In the summer of 2012, we had Patterned Concrete redo our front porch and walkway. They were able to provide us with addresses of other work they had done in the neighbourhood and we were able to look at their finished products first hand. From the design to the completion, they were very helpful and professional. The team took into account that we don’t do this sort of work to our house everyday and they were very patient and explained everything to us. The day they were going to pour the concrete turned out to be a day that had to be cancelled. The office called immediately to reschedule, which was only 2 days later. We were very impressed in how they handled this change to the schedule. Their method of having different teams of experts do the work at the different stages just makes sense. They stuck to their timeline, and the finished product is better than we could have imagined. We would definitely recommend Patterned Concrete.
