Patterned Concrete built a new deck with steps and a side walkway for us this past summer which turned out amazing. We received a lot of compliments of the workmanship and the lovely color we picked out. The staff was great to deal with from start to finish. Very organized and the work was completed in a timely matter. We're looking forward to having them come back in the spring to do some more work for us.

We are delighted with the outcome of our new Patterned Concrete driveway and walkway. From the first meeting we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and multitude of references. They took the time to map out every step of the process meticulously and provide all of the information and estimated dates of the work throughout the process. We always knew what was to be done next, when and what we needed to do to prepare for it.

Our neighbours let us know what fabulous workers the various teams were as they all went about their work as any client would hope. We now know many more neighbours in our area (some from miles away) who have given us rave reviews of our new driveway as they observed the few week process to completion.

I never knew I'd have a fondness for a driveway, as this was something my husband wanted done. I'm now a convert and really love how it's changed the entire look of our property for the better. I took a cab home from the airport from a business trip a few weeks ago and the taxi driver even comment "… very nice driveway Ma-am!!" Who would have thought?!

In 2006, we had our driveway, front walk and side walk to the backyard all done by Patterned Concrete. The work was well scheduled and completed on time. We were thrilled with the results and had a lot of great comments from visitors and neighbours.

In 2010, we had a couple of issues with the sealer not adhering properly and two small cracks on the driveway. Susy, the customer service person at Patterned Concrete, looked after us in a very timely and professional manner; never once asking us to pay more. Unfortunately, after a few more years, the finish was a problem again, and in my view, this where Patterned Concrete separates itself from most other home renovation contractors. Instead of perhaps telling me the driveway was now over six years old, they told me there was a new type of sealer on the market, that would adhere better, not build up and would last longer. In order to put this product on, they would need to strip out the old sealer. I fully expected that they would charge me for some of this, but they didn't. The owner, Dino, called me personally and told me this was their issue and they would see it through. The work has just been completed by their technician, Luca, and we are delighted with the results. Our driveway looks like new. You wouldn't know it was over seven years old!

We are also delighted with Patterned Concrete. Although there were a few small issues, we didn't have to chase them, they stood by their work and didn't try to charge us. As a result, we would highly recommend their company to anyone looking to have impressed concrete work done. If we ever move, we will call them again!

Early April 2012 Patterned Concrete Mississauga started a large project at our home. We had a double driveway, entrance with steps, side path and patio surrounding the pool with a new retaining wall at the back fence. We were able to work with the designs they provided to make quite a few adjustments, drawing upon their expertise to blend with our vision.

Starting with excavation each aspect was handled by a different specialist crew. These crews were overseen by a project manager. As the work proceeded any concerns we had were addressed to our satisfaction. One of our main concerns was to make sure water was graded away from our house foundation. The work took 3 weeks to complete. We were impressed with how hard working and professional their employees were.

When the backyard work was complete overall it looked quite bleak. However, once we painted the back fence, fixed the landscaping and installed a new pool liner everything pulled together and looks very nice. We receive many compliments.

We waited for a whole year to pass before writing this review because we wanted to experience the result of all four seasons. As advised, we did not use salt on our driveway for the first winter. There was some ‘speckling’ on our driveway in April/May 2013 and Patterned Concrete Mississauga fixed this under warranty.

Their employees were prompt, professional and friendly at every step of the process, from sales to design to construction and cleanup. I hired Patterned Concrete to do my driveway and veranda this summer. Before selecting them to do the job, I met with five different companies in total, including them. They impressed me right away with their knowledge of patterned concrete and their excellent customer service. Their is no comparison
between Patterned Concrete and their 'so called' competitors. I have very high standards and they were able to meet and exceed all of my expectations. The front patio/porch and walkway look fantastic. We really feel every step of the process was performed in a professional manner and each crew demonstrated expertise. The work and effort that goes into making the finished product look great is a definite asset to the company.

Patterned Concrete completed our Driveway, Front porch and side walkway about 6 years ago. We chose Patterned Concrete due to the fact that they really do have the best product on the market. Other companies' finished work really doesn't compare to the driveways I've seen from Patterned Concrete. Based on my experience, they are priced very competitively, and what is most important is that they stand behind their work and product. We were extremely pleased from the initial contact to completion of the work. The advice given to us was invaluable, especially the advice given towards overall aesthetics.
As mentioned, it has been over 6 years and whenever we have had questions or concerns during that time, they have ALWAYS responded and taken care of whatever we needed. Dino the owner is extremely knowledgeable, and has a great deal of integrity. Some of my neighbours decided to go with a different company, and were very disappointed with the work, and one even didn't pass code on their stairs which had to be torn down. The company that did the work was gone and they had to pay for it themselves and have redone by a different company. Even now, the driveways that were done by a different company look AWFUL.

Bottom Line: Go with a company that has been in business for many years and is so confident with their workmanship that they stamp their name right on the driveway. You won't be disappointed with the end result, and they will be there for you in the long run. I always recommend them to friends and at least 2 of them have used them and are just as pleased.

We did a lot of research for over a year, and chose Patterned Concrete Mississauga, and we could not be happier with the results. The construction went just as we were told it would go, and the work crews were all very helpful and answered any questions we had, and were courteous. The patio looks great, as does the front porch, and we are glad we took our time to decide on Patterned Concrete Mississauga. We would recommend their work.
