An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are delighted with the outcome of our new Patterned Concrete driveway and walkway. From the first meeting we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and multitude of references. They took the time to map out every step of the process meticulously and provide all of the information and estimated dates of the work throughout the process. We always knew what was to be done next, when and what we needed to do to prepare for it. Our neighbours let us know what fabulous workers the various teams were as they all went about their work as any client would hope. We now know many more neighbours in our area (some from miles away) who have given us rave reviews of our new driveway as they observed the few week process to completion. I never knew I'd have a fondness for a driveway, as this was something my husband wanted done. I'm now a convert and really love how it's changed the entire look of our property for the better. I took a cab home from the airport from a business trip a few weeks ago and the taxi driver even comment "… very nice driveway Ma-am!!" Who would have thought?!
