Extremely thoughtful and quick, I brought my laptop in and picked it up the next day over a problem that I fussed over for weeks. They were very professional too, offering recommendations on free programs and why the problem occurred so that it doesn't happen again. It did turn out to be a minor problem, so I did not think I should have been charged $30, perhaps $15 instead.

Needed to pickup a new video card for a friend up in North Van. Found this local shop nearby and paid them a visit.

My friend wanted something to perform similar to what he had and the staff was helpful in finding a video card of the right fit.

The store itself was pretty well laid out. They sold games as well as computer accessories and had very nice demo setups for customers to try. It was quite an experience.

Did a great job fixing some problems I was having with my old desktop computer. I would highly recommend them-they have experience and can pinpoint your problem while offering a reasonable estimate. Thanks guys!

I have been dealing with Interaction computers for over 10 years. From gaming machines to office machines for my staff.

When you go to interaction, you're dealing with pro's that know all the latest intel on the industry. There was a time a few years ago that it was easy to keep up with the changes...now, it's changing weekly, not quarterly.

They also serviced my machine when I had a problem one time. It kept doing BSOD (Blue screen of death) It was troubleshooted to be the ram which they replaced at no cost for parts/labor.

Highly recommend vs futures shop or any big box computer giants.
