I wish I’d read the reviews! Our project was a fairly minor renovation to an existing small kitchen; some cabinet doors added, filler panels and new countertops. Brian sounded knowledgeable and experienced and as we were under a tight deadline, we paid Brian our deposit with his assurance that the project could be completed within our time frame. From that moment on, it was a continual process of calling and dropping in on Brian to find out when the renovation would start. He finally arrived, well past our deadline, but our optimism was short lived when he left after only a few hours work and told us that he had cut one of our countertops 20” too short. After more follow up from us, he eventually returned to redo the countertop. At that point, we decided to discontinue the project and forfeit the remainder of our deposit.

I’m very satisfied with the work Brian did in my kitchen.
He helped my to pick up the color and type of stone, which I really appreciate because it made my renovation project much easier.
On the day of the installation, everything was smooth. They arrived on time and in a matter of hours, my new counter top was installed. They left everything clean and tidy.
My kitchen now looks bigger and brighter.

we contracted with B&B to replace our kitchen counter tops in early October 2012. we were told to expect delivery by the end of the month. Near the end of November we discovered that the actual manufacturer of the counters had put a hold on the production and in fact had not even started the job. at that time we cancelled our order and requested our deposit back. it is now the end of January 2013 and though we have been promised our refund, there is still no sign of it. be very careful here.
update: now April 23 and even with agreed and court ordered payment schedule, still no sign of our deposit.

We had B&B come and install all new cabinetry. He told us 4 weeks to complete the install of everything, we are at 10 months now with everything installed but the cabinet doors are many different shades.

He says a time and shows up 4 hours later with excuses about everything. Comes unprepared, leaves to get missing tools returning hours later. Impossible to get to do anything.

My advice don't.

B & B Kitchens contracted to install our kitchen counter within 4 weeks of the 50% deposit. It took 12 weeks before the counter was installed. The installation process was unprofessional. The contractor did not have appropriate tools, had to borrow from the home owner who also had to assist in the installation. The final product was problematic as the only seam done by the contractor is visible. Not yet fixed by contractor after repeated no shows.

Some of our cabinet doors were damaged and needed updating, my husband and myself decided that we wanted beveled sunk edges with a boarder on the sides, we checked for a full set at various places but the cost was so high and we weren't ready for a full new set so after deciding to replace just the doors we were able to get in touch with B & B where we were assisted with patterns and samples of work they do and it looked better the i had expected, we were really happy with what they were able to give us, the wait was longer then we had hoped, but our cabinets look great, and B&B was a company truly committed to their customers and their satisfcation
