Ralph from RLC Electric responded quickly and efficiently to a small electrical problem that we had at our house. He identified and repaired the problem immediately and followed up via text message the next day. Excellent service. I would definitely call on him again.

Ralph and Mike did an excellent job installing eight pot lights in my living room as well as hanging a chandelier in our dining room. Ralph and Mike were very thorough and professional and came up with some creative ways to complete the project despite some of the challenges my older home (1920's) build presented. I would highly recommend RLC Electric.

What a find!! Ralph responded shortly after I left my voicemail (several others whom I called never took the effort to call back) and tried to set up an appointment asap.
The job turned out to be more complicated and more time consuming than anticipated but Ralph and his assistant worked through until 10 pm to make sure that the problem was solved.

I had lost power to my stand-alone garage during the ice storm this last winter. I called Ralph to see if he could find the cause of the problem and repair it. He was able to drop a new line out to my garage. In addition, he re-wired my garage to bring it up to code. I would not hesitate to use him again should I have other electrical issues at my house.

Parts of my house was without electricity and the problem was more than just the brakers. I called Ralph on a saturday morning and within 60 minutes a electrician was on site. He correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.The price was as per estimate over the phone - no hidden fees. Ralph and staff were kind and knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again.

Purchasing a Swim Spa was easy, dig deep into the pocket book and it is yours. What comes after is the tough bit with managing cranes to be at the house the same time the tub shows up, awesome to watch I will add, then an electrician to be there around the same time so you don’t have a big tub as a lawn ornament that cannot be used right away. Ralph made it easy and was very accommodating to a changing schedule that seemed to frustrate me more than him. Once the date was finalized Ralph and his team were very respectful and courteous, they covered everything before starting and cleaned up after completed. Ralph’s knowledge really helped with the best setup to accommodate the powering of the swim spa as well as lighting the way to it. RLC Electric was very professional from start to finish and I will use them again for future electrical needs.

I called Ralph on Saturday to install some light fixtures. He said he was in the area and would be by to do the work that afternoon. He came on schedule and he and his partner did a fantastic job even though the light fixtures did not have the right brackets and one was an expensive (and heavy) chandelier. I will definitely recommend this company and will have them back to do my potlights.
