We had been living with the worst possible potlights in the world. We were constantly changing bulbs. I called RLC Electric and Ralph called back within two hours. He came for an estimate the same day with his partner, Tony. I was very impressed by their knowledge and honesty. Above all, Ralph was not pushy, at all. I decided I would definitely use RLC Electric to install the potlights.
I found Ralph to be extremely accommodating. We had been living with the terrible old potlights, so I wasn't in a huge rush, in case Ralph was already booked up. We decided on a date for installation. To my surprise, Ralph texted me the next morning (a Saturday) to see if it was possible to install the potlights.
We could not be happier. Ralph and Tony were punctual and efficient. We had LED potlights installed and are so happy with the results. Their price was very reasonable and they stand behind their work. Ralph even texted me the next day to follow up. I would wholehearted recommend RLC Electric to anyone and will definitely be using this company for any electrical issues that come up in the future. I cannot thank Ralph and Tony enough.

We needed to upgrade our old fuse panel to breakers , add a new ceiling box and circuit in a bedroom (no existing overhead light), and a new dedicated circuit for our washing machine. Ralph's quote was the most detailed and competitive. We decided to hire him.

Ralph is a great guy who knows his stuff - friendly, trustworthy and a great electrician, he swapped out a number of pot lights for LEDs made a quick repair to a fixture that I thought would need to be completely rewired, repaired another that had bedevilled me for years and did assorted other tasks, happily coming back when we needed a part he didn't have with him. We've been calling Ralph with all our major and minor electrical problems and recommend him to all our friends, without hesitation.

I hired RLC to install two electrical outlets in our basement and fix a faulty pot light. Ralph responded to my email right away and we scheduled a time for later that week. The next day Ralph called to say that someone could do it even earlier if I was free. Tony showed up right on time the next day and did a great job. He was fast and friendly and even did a great job of cleaning up every thing after he was done. Ralph stopped by at the end of the job to make sure everything went well. Ralph even followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was working well and make sure I didn't have any concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any electrical work I needed.

We needed pot lights installed in our kitchen and Ralph did a fantastic job. A true professional. We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work. He was timely and very knowledgeable.

Was very pleased with the work done very professional and qualified and dependable .Even when work was done he followed up months later to see if I had any problems a lot of contractors I have dealt with will not done that so I would recommend RLC electric to anyone needing work done .

Ralph is an excellent electician; he's quick, tidy and knows what he is doing. Installed some dimmer switches for me and a rather tricky thermostat. No fuss, job well done and a great price.

Ralph was very conscientious in contacting me, assessing my needs & following up to quickly address the situation. His partner Tony, came to trouble shoot some issues with a circuit tripping & quickly found the problem. Ralph installed a surge protector to my panel very quickly. Ralph & Tony were neat, polite, professional & did a great job. I will use them for another job of takingh my undercabinet puck lights and putting them on their own switch. I would highly recommend Ralph & Tony and will call on them for all my electrical needs.
